Position Details:  
Kilgore College is seeking a passionate and experienced Music Theory Instructor to join our Music Department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality instruction to students of varying skill levels, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Music Theory Instructor will be responsible for teaching college level Theory courses, as well as applied lessons in composition, and collaborating with the ear-training and piano instructors in aligning a sequential program of instruction in Music at Kilgore College.

Responsibilities:  

+ Teach, conduct, and develop college level Music Theory courses

+ Collaborate with piano and ear-training instructors in aligning a sequential program of instruction in Music at Kilgore College

+ Provide individual Composition lessons to students at different levels of proficiency

+ Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and goals of each student
