Adjunct Job Announcement
Position: Medical Assisting Adjunct Instructor
Location: Athens Campus
Department: Division of Life Sciences & Public Safety
Reports to: Program Chair for Medical Assisting & Divisional Academic Dean
Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. No State of Georgia benefits.
Deadline to Apply: June 10, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain familiarity with college goals, mission, and long-term plans.
+ Contribute to planning and development processes.
+ Participate in recruitment and retention of students in both programs.
+ Attend required staff meetings and serve on staff committees.
+ Employ a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media.
+ Regularly evaluate student achievement and provide student feedback.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
