Job Description
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics.
- Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes and exams.
- Explain key concepts such as supply and demand, market structures, consumer behavior, national income, inflation, unemployment, and fiscal and monetary policy.
- Guide students in analyzing economic trends and applying theory to real-world economic issues.
- Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
- Support student learning through consultation, office hours or online platforms.
- Minimum Master s degree in Economics or a closely related discipline required.
- University-level teaching experience in economics preferred.
