Job Description
1.确保人力资源部的高效运转,以及凯悦人才理念和领导形象在酒店的执行
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s Talent Philosophy and Leadership Profile throughout the hotel.
2.在酒店行政委员会中代表人力资源的职能。
Represents the Human Resources function on the hotel's Leadership Committee.
3.协调和监督人力资源部的整体活动。
Co-ordinates and monitors the activities of the Human Resources Division.
4.有效管理酒店员工福利项目,确保员工的福利在本地市场具有一定的竞争力。
Oversees the hotel's Associate welfare programmes, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive in the local market place.
5.确保所有员工设施符合凯悦的营运标准。
Ensures that Associate Facilities are maintained according to Hyatt's high standards of operation.
6. 确保所有在岗员工及临时工的健康证真实且在有效期内。
Ensure the health certificates of all permanent associates and casuals are authentic and valid.
7. 制定合理的费用预算。
Set a reasonable budget plan.
8.确保所有员工在雇佣条件、本地法规以及酒店的政策程序方面得到公平一致的对待。
