Addictions and Mental Health Clinician (LOTS)

Permanent, part-time 0.8 FTE (64 hours per fortnight). Based in Rotorua; the services extend to the satellite office in Taupo.

About the Role

Provide specialist intervention for people to optimise recovery and quality of life as well as case coordination.

Provide community mental health care based on current best practice and collaborative working within the interdisciplinary team.

Ensure all inter‑disciplinary referrals within the team are performed with consent from whaiora and their whānau (where applicable).

Work collaboratively with complementary internal and external partner organisations.

Develop sound legislative knowledge, particularly as pertains to the SACAT Act.

About You

Be a registered nurse or other suitably qualified health professional with experience in a community mental health and/or addictions environment.
