The Site Manager will support and supervise the day-to-day operations and supervise the Addictions Counsellors. The Site Manager will support clients who struggle with substance abuse and the lack of ability to make good personal choices.
Program Management
Present leadership, professional development, and guidance to staff in assigned area(s) in accordance with Battlefords Treatment Centre policy, procedures and directives as outlined by the Executive Director.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all Counselling Staff.
Provides Clinical supervision to the Addiction Counsellor team which includes the following:
Formulate and formalize client(s) treatment goals through the development of client treatment plan that will outline the treatment process upon receipt of the initial pre-assessment from admissions. (t...
