Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this ADA Specialist position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Remote, if converted to direct the schedule will be Hybrid (
Hours are 8-5 M-Thurs and 8-4 Fri. One day is 9-6 rotation. (In office M, W, Th., 8-5 Tuesday and Friday remote.)
in Altamonte Springs, FL.
The person will have a heavy case load working ADA accommodation cases, and taking calls related to ADA. It is a very busy position that needs experience in accommodations and having interactive process meetings with leaders.
The ADA Accommodations Specialist establishes and develops trusted relationships with facility leadership, HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services functional teams and the legal department to effectively manage the day-to-day administration of disability-related accommodation inquiries and escalations.
