About the role

We’re a fast-growing digital media and audience intelligence business operating across Australia and New Zealand. We’re looking for a sharp, organised Client Services Coordinator to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This is a coordination and support role, a key part of the operational backbone of our client success function – keeping campaigns moving and setting up on time, without having to escalates to senior team leads after the relevant support, training & development.

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day client email correspondence with agency coordinators and assistants, executives
• Trafficking creative assets and liaising with internal ad ops & trading teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and to spec
• Handling basic post-sales queries – campaign status, delivery confirmations, billing questions, go-live proof...
