We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Associate Director of Accounting who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute both strategically and operationally.


This individual will work closely with the Head of Finance and cross-functional leadership to establish scalable accounting processes, maintain strong financial discipline, and support the company’s growth toward commercialization and future liquidity milestones.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating at both a tactical and leadership level.
