Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Business Management professional to support the Office of the CIO in refreshing governance for investment operations within a leading insurance organization. This role will focus on designing and implementing governance frameworks, investment policies, risk controls, and regulatory procedures to strengthen portfolio oversight, operational standards, and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance investment governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Develop SIPP, Asset Allocation Policy, liquidity processes, and market risk governance
