**Responsibilities:**

+ Maintain and enhance IFM dashboards and reporting infrastructure
+ Improve dashboard refresh efficiency and data processing workflows
+ Reduce manual data preparation and reconciliation activities
+ Support scalable data models for IFM analytics
+ Explore AI-assisted analytical workflows using Copilot tools
+ Support adoption of analytics tools across IFM stakeholders
+ Act as a technical expert to non-actuarial personnel in the area/division.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree + 3 -5 years of experience in actuary in finance/ insurance industry
+ Superior aptitude and efficiency with data analytics.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and good presentation skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Good conceptual and organization skills.
+ Good influencing and negotiation skills.
