Associate Director – P&C Actuarial Pricing

Role Overview

Aon’s Strategy & Technology Group (STG) is seeking an experienced credentialed actuary to help grow an advisory capability focused on property & casualty insurance. This role supports complex client engagements across pricing and predictive modeling use cases and contributes to the development of a differentiated actuarial pricing offering within STG.

The role blends hands-on analysis with client advisory work. The successful candidate will develop and evaluate pricing strategies, and build and refine rating structures, while working closely with client stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, interpretable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

+ Develop, refine, and support actuarial pricing analyses across P&C insurance use cases, including rate adequacy, territorial analysis, and rating plan development.
