Job Overview

The Sales Admin Supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the Corporate Sales Team, specifically supporting Health Solutions Team. He/she ensures the smooth execution of sales processes, from order handling to documentation and reporting, while fostering cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Health Solutions Team such as but not limited to Renewal Preparation (120 days notice) Salary Calculator preparation, Contract Management, and overseeing the Admin Team.
• Supervising Admin Associate responsible for the SO
• Support other sales tiers as needed to ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts, with supervision from each HST.
