Job Description: . Assist the Project Manager in the execution of project management tasks, including the development and monitoring of project schedules, coordination with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of assignment. . To report and monitor of progress of project to Project Manager. . Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to specifications and quality standards, addressing any discrepancies promptly. . To prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for ACMV related works with project teams. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, materials, inspection form, correspondence with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors and other necessary records. . Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure quick resolution. ....
