• Communicate with vendors, clients, and employees regarding accounting matters.

• Assist with inventory tracking and maintaining accurate records.

• Verify invoices against supporting documents and prepare them for payment.

• Post financial transactions and reconcile entries using QuickBooks.

• Investigate and resolve processing issues with vendors and internal departments.

• Provide general accounting and clerical support to the finance team.
