We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our accounting and office operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment and enjoys balancing administrative and accounting responsibilities.

**Responsibilities:**


+ Answer and route incoming calls
+ Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general office duties
+ Handle outgoing mail and office errands (bank/post office)
+ Enter quotes and sales orders into Sage
+ Process billing and customer invoices
+ Prepare conditional releases
+ Email invoices and maintain billing records
+ Log commissions and process cash receipts
+ Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed
+ Provide support to Estimating, Operations, and Accounting departments
