What you’ll do:

+ Manage invoicing and billing accuracy from start to finish

+ Own collections strategy—follow-ups, reconciliations, dispute resolution

+ Monitor aging reports and proactively reduce past-due accounts

+ Utilize MS Dynamics Great Plains for all AR processes


Requirements
What you bring:

+ Hands-on AR experience (billing + collections essential)

+ Ability to juggle multiple accounts without losing detail

+ Comfortable working cross-functionally to resolve issues fast
