Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages a high volume of customer accounts with a focus on keeping accounts current, accurately applying payments, and resolving billing issues. This role emphasizes returns, credits, reconciliations, and general ledger postings rather than heavy collections, and involves regular interaction with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Responsibilities

+ Use the credit file and computer-generated payment status and history reports as primary source materials to identify accounts delinquent more than 13 days past the regular payment due date and work to bring those accounts current and maintain them in good standing.
