Job Description

• Process and manage incoming payments and account reconciliations.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Communicate with clients regarding payment issues and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update customer account information in the system.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
