Responsibilities

• Encoding of weekly Aging from Billing files
• Responsible for Updating of Collection
• Calls and follow up to Clients regarding payments
• Designate daily field work for finance messenger (Billing & Collection Schedule, Banking )
• Processing/Applying Government permits.
• Monitoring Schedule of deliveries for Prepaid Accounts.
• Updating/Encoding Macro files
• Releasing of Check payables.
• CWT 2307 Encoding and Updating (BIR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• Proficiency in experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of AR principles, internal controls and compliance requirements
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address AR-related challenges
