Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Account Resolutions Associate to join our Finance team in Colombia. In this role, you will manage and resolve customer disputes impacting Accounts Receivable, enabling faster payment collection and boosting financial performance.

You will collaborate with Billing, Sales, and Operations to balance financial accuracy and enhance customer experience. Candidates should have 1 year of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English (C1 Level).
