Position: Accounts Receivable Officer 
Location: Sydney CBD 
Duration: 3 months temporary then will go permanent
Paying: $38-$40 per hour plus super 

This role is to start ASAP – 4 days in office, 1 day from home.

Work for an Australian - owned national professional services firm specialising in asset consulting. Reporting to the Executive Manager of Finance. The Accounts Receivable and Collections Officer is tasked with ensuring all billing, credit, and collection processes. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage company Intranet, aiding staff and resolving issues.

Handle billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies independently.

Address complex billing issues with stakeholders and clients.

Provide updated billing information and manage debt effectively.
