QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- With 2-3 years experience in credit and collections, including supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage staff and meet deadlines under pressure
