Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Manager Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, the Accounts Receivable Lead Specialist is responsible for independently supporting activities related to accounts receivable management. He/she also performs any other related tasks that may be required for this position.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Responsible for global accounts receivable activities
• Primarily focus on US customers
• Analyze and issue credit notes
• Coordinate prepaid orders
• Solve complex customer questions and issues
• Coordinate tasks with the team
• Validate and maintain procedures
• Record cash receipts
• Perform month‑end closing tasks
• Perform SOX controls
• Any other related tasks that may fall within the scope of this job
