**What You’ll Be Doing:**

+ Post daily customer payments and apply them to open invoices using systems like SAP, M3 (AGS), and BillTrust
+ Make adjustments, journal entries, and resolve discrepancies as needed
+ Research payment issues, credits, and shortages—and follow through to resolution
+ Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding account questions
