EIC Shared Services (ESS) is a subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation (EIC), a diversified, acquisition-oriented corporation focused on opportunities in the aerospace, aviation, and manufacturing sectors. ESS provides finance and accounting services to several subsidiaries within EIC’s Aviation segment including Calm Air International, Perimeter Aviation, Keewatin Air and Custom Helicopters, among others.
