We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a our client in Concord, California on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. The role offers an opportunity for someone with internship experience in finance or accounting to contribute immediately and grow into broader accounting responsibilities over time. Responsibilities:

• Apply and record rent payments with accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain day-to-day accounts receivable activity, including billing support, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances

• Reconcile tenant accounts and investigate discrepancies to keep financial records current and accurate

• Assist with cash collections and support consistent receivables management across assigned properties
