Description
Position Summary: The Accounts Receivable Associate will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable transactions.
Role and Responsibilities:
+ Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites
+ Preparation and distribution of monthly billing worksheets to Project Managers for Review
+ Processing of monthly requisitions and/or invoices in Timberline accounting system
+ Print and obtain signatures on monthly requisitions and invoices
+ Distribute requisition and invoice packages and invoices
+ Research and respond to Customer billing inquiries
+ Scan and archive requisitions and invoices into Smart Search System
