Position Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating all day‑to‑day Accounts Receivable activities, including monitoring, collecting, investigating, and reconciling customer accounts in an efficient, accurate manner, in support of the company’s goals and objectives.

Specific Accountabilities

• Posting cash/reconciling payments/processing cheques, preparing them for bank deposit, preparing deposit sheets.
• Reconciling to A/R control total daily and month end.
• Complete posting by applying the payments to the proper invoices.
• Processing credit card payments.
• Respond to internal and external AR accounting inquiries.
