Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 300-350 customers, focusing on collections through email and phone communication, applying credit memos and payments. Experience in credit analysis is a plus, as you may provide backup support for the Credit Team using tools such as D&B.
Responsibilities

+ Handle all collection efforts for trade receivables, including communication with customers and field operations.

+ Serve as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes.

+ Support field offices with customer account-related activities.

+ Recommend payment plans for customers as needed.

+ Respond promptly to statement inquiries and other questions on the master phone line.

+ Maintain strong working relationships with other departments and team members through excellent customer service.
