**Job Summary**

Adecco is seeking an **Accounts Receivable Analyst** in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts in a Global Shared Services environment to help ensure invoices are paid on time. The role will focus on collections, dispute resolution, deductions, customer communication, and improving cash flow by reducing overdue balances.

+ Manage assigned customer accounts receivable portfolio
+ Must be able to WORK ONSITE
+ Utilize the HighRadius collections tool and partner with remote Shared Services teams
+ Review past due accounts daily and contact customers regarding payments
+ Set up payment arrangements and resolve unpaid invoice issues
+ Identify causes of non-payment and collaborate with internal teams on solutions
