Your mission, roles and responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Be able to correctly perform all tasks in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);
  • Support in launching invoices in ERP and follow-up of receptions;
  • Be able to manage requests for credits/debits to suppliers and forward them to the right contact;
  • Support the management of cash advances;
  • Support in the management of quantity and prices incongruities with internal departments and with suppliers;
  • Send invoices without reception in the system to the correspondents of each factory;
  • Archive invoices;
