Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to lead a small shared services team supporting high-volume AP operations, vendor master data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Principal tasks and responsibilities include:

• Supervise, coach, and support a small AP/shared services team.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery performance.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, expense audits, and vendor management activities.
• Support month-end close, reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Maintain SOPs, internal controls, and process documentation.
• Manage escalations and collaborate cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and operations teams.
