We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to oversee the full accounts payable function for a large public company in Denver This position leads day-to-day payment operations, strengthens controls, and ensures accurate, timely processing across a high-volume environment. The role also partners closely with finance and operational teams to improve workflows, support reporting deadlines, and enhance the use of NetSuite within the AP process.
Responsibilities:
β’ Direct the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, payment execution, vendor record oversight, employee expense administration, and balance reconciliations
β’ Lead, mentor, and evaluate an AP staff of five or more team members while promoting accountability and attention to detail
β’ Set team priorities, allocate work effectively, and build development plans that support performance and future leadership readiness
