Description
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a manufacturing organization in Plano, Texas on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. This position supports a high-volume payables environment across multiple business entities and requires someone who can quickly understand invoice routing, approval paths, and vendor-related processes. The role is fully on-site at the start, with the potential to move to a hybrid schedule after training and demonstrated success in the position.


Responsibilities:

• Process a high daily volume of invoices with accuracy, ensuring transactions are entered, coded, and routed correctly across multiple entities.

• Review purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, resolve matching issues, and follow through on discrepancies that delay payment.
