Job Description


Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Cowley (Oxford) to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will receive a salary of up to £38,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working!

Primary responsibilities

  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations
  • Ensure supplier invoices are accurate, correctly coded, and recorded in the accounting system
  • Maintain and update vendor records, resolving any discrepancies or payment queries
  • Support month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting tasks
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of an ERP system upgrade
