What You'll Do

• Accounts payable processing:
• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
• Verify transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
• Data enter invoices for payment
• Process backup reports as needed
• Document scanning and filing for accounts payable and other accounting functions.
• Reconcile daily front desk patient cash and credit card receipts and prepare bank deposits.
• Facilitate and expedite outgoing US Mail.
• Assist with annual fixed asset inventory counts.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Requires predictable and consistent attendance.
