Job Description

Accounts Payable Coordinator ($65,000/year)

Aboutthe opening:

  • Full-time position with competitive salary ($60K-$65K)
  • Annual bonus
  • Minimal manual work; system-driven processes

    • Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process and manage invoices using Avid Exchange
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
  • Verify, classify, and record AP data promptly
  • Resolve vendor inquiries and maintain relationships
  • Reconcile vendor statements and AP ledger
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis

    • Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in Accounts Payable, real estate sector preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Avid and Yardi
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
