About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records, managing data entry, and processing invoices. If you have a sharp eye for numbers, prior experience in AP/AR, and speak fluent English, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions and manage accurate data entry into our accounting systems.
• Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and check requests.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and vendor files.
• Support the finance department with Account Receivable (AR) tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and deadlines.
