A growing healthcare organization in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join its team. The Accounts Payable Clerk is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who is eager to contribute and grow within accounting and finance. The Accounts Payable Clerk must have at least 3 years of accounting experience. Parking is provided for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing
+ Perform invoice matching, batching, and coding
+ Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
+ Assist with payroll support, including timecard review
+ Pull and prepare financial reports
+ Support additional accounting and administrative functions as needed
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
