    Job Description

  • Process and verify invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure payment runs are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to address queries and issues.
  • Maintain organised and accurate financial records.
  • Assist with month-end accounts payable reporting.
  • Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
