Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administration Executive to join our Finance Team based in Auckland.
As a Finance Administration Executive you’ll support the end to end Accounts Payable process for DHL Express NZ, while also providing key administrative support across Procurement, Facilities and Travel.
You’ll work with internal teams, vendors and external partners to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, smooth system workflows and excellent customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Liaise with internal users and external vendors regarding accounts payable queries
- Perform vendor account reconciliations, manage vendor queries and reporting
