Job Description
Our client, a well-established SME business, is seeking a highly organised and experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to join their small, dynamic team. This role is ideally suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing both financial and administrative functions in a hands-on environment.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Finance qualification (degree or diploma)
- Minimum of 10 yearsβ experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, or office administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Proven experience with bank and VAT reconciliations
- Experience within a small or medium-sized business environment preferred
- Exposure to export transactions and foreign currency (US$) payments advantageous
