Our client within the manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Accounts & Indirect Procurement Specialist . Key Responsibilities Indirect Procurement (Core Focus) Manage the end-to-end procurement of indirect goods and services (e.g. maintenance, office supplies, services, utilities) Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in line with procurement policies Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements to drive cost savings Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Ensure all vendor data and changes are accurately maintained on internal systems Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and delivery Maintain procurement trackers and ensure compliance with internal procedures Accounts Payable & Financial Support Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate, timely payments Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Manage GR/IR and one-time payments Maintain accurate financial records rela...
