We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible to support our company’s finance and human resource functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to handle both accounting and basic administrative HR duties.

Accounting & Finance

• Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Xero)
• Monitor receivables, and work alongside with sales to follow up on overdue payments
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary
• Handle Singapore tax compliance matters including CPF, GST, ECI, IR8A, IR21, income tax calculations, and timely statutory submissions when required.
