The successful candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, investor relations, fundraising support, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership:
Lead and manage the finance function.
Prepare monthly management accounts, board reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, VAT, payroll, pensions, and statutory compliance.
