Responsibilities

• Handle full set or partial accounts for construction projects.
• Manage project costing, progress claims, and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment certificates, and variation orders.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable related to project accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in monthly financial reports, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and auditors.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
