Key Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules Manage invoicing, payment processing, receipts, and credit control Perform GST submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulations Handle project costing, progress claims, retention sums, and subcontractor payments Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant government authorities Monitor cash flow and maintain proper accounting records and documentation Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing (if applicable) Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned Requirements
