Our client is a well-established multinational corporation with a strong regional presence. They are currently looking for an Accounts Executive to join their Singapore branch office and support the day-to-day operations of a lean, high-functioning finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets
• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, reimbursements, and payment runs
• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances as needed
• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations
• Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in line with internal policies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, banks, and external parties on finance matters
