Your new role

  • Propose and prepare payment lists, for both scheduled and urgent requests.
  • To verify and ensure all approved contractors’ claim/suppliers’ invoices or statutory payments are paid within the credit term.
  • Prepare AP Aging.
  • Prepare Balance Sheet schedules as assigned.
  • Ensure cashbook are updated timely and accurately for cashflow planning purpose.
  • Ensure archiving of data and filing is done timely and properly for easy retrieval of information.
  • Prepare month end bank reconciliation.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues (identify, communicate and facilitate resolution with internal and external stakeholders). Perform root cause analysis on recurring errors/issues.
